Credit Suisse, Senior Vice President at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Vice
President at Jones, Lang LaSalle and Senior Management Consultant at KPMG.

projected managed and/or renovated twenty-two (22) single-family homes
valued in excess of $57 million dollars.

Project managed
the development of a +$25 million dollar Aspen luxury mountain home.

Closed over 3.2
million feet of commercial real estate transactions totaling $500 million
dollars for clients such as Credit Suisse, Marvin Davis Companies,
Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, GE Capital Realty, LaSalle Advisors,
Prudential, and UBS.

Project managed
over $20 million dollars of capital and tenant improvements in such
buildings at 9100 Wilshire, Fox Plaza, and 10990 Wilshire in Los Angeles and
Westbelt Business Park in Columbus, Ohio.
