Start - Beach House Design and Development is currently remodeling a vintage Manhattan Beach Walk Street duplex.

In Motion - Foundation, steel, framing and rough plumbing, electrical and mechanical have been completed, and drywall, exterior stucco, interior stone and tile work and finish carpentry is underway.

Finish Line - When completed, the home will feature panoramic ocean views, board formed concrete walls, COR-TEN weathered steel panels, rift walnut and oak millwork, a two (2)-story floor to ceiling corner window, mahogany ceilings, bamboo flooring and a three (3) stop elevator.
