Our clients communicate their goals in terms of their lifestyle and vision for the project, and we respond with ideas and sketches that reveal alternative design options illustrating the scale and relationship of the project components.

Pencil to Paper – Design Development
The schematic design is further enhanced and refined and an outline of preliminary specifications are established. The design development drawings illustrate and describe the refinement of the design of the project, and establish the scope, relationship, and appearance of the project by means of floor plans, sections, elevations and basic material selection.

The Finish Line – Construction Documents
A set of scaled construction drawings and specifications are completed that document your vision. These construction documents are used to secure permits, obtain construction pricing and ultimately build the project.
