Beach House Design & Development has built, developed and/ or projected managed twenty-two (22) single family homes valued in excess of $57 million dollars over past fifteen- (15) years including a +$25 million dollar Aspen luxury mountain home, and has projected managed in excess of $25 million of capital/tenant improvements.
