We offer an array of residential and commercial real estate brokerage services including owner and tenant representation, acquisition services to investors and disposition services to owners.

Our approach is thoughtful and strategic, rather than merely transactional. We deliver a service tailored to each client’s unique situation keeping the owner’s interest paramount at all times. In addition, we are a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California.

We have closed twenty (20) single and multi-family residential projects in excess of $20.0 million and approximately 3.2 million feet of commercial real estate transactions totaling $525 million for our account and clients such as the Marvin Davis Companies, GE Capital Realty, Indivest, LaSalle Advisors, Prudential, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Credit Suisse First Boston and UBS Investment Bank.
